At Lorivex, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction while maintaining operational integrity.
1. Return Window
Customers may initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must remain intact
- Product must not be damaged or altered post-delivery
3. Non-Returnable Categories
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
4. Return Procedure
- Customers must initiate a return request via official support channels
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
- In certain cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product
5. Inspection & Approval
Returned products undergo a quality inspection process. Approval of refunds is subject to successful verification.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
7. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Products
Customers must report such cases within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by valid proof (images/videos).
8. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
Lorivex reserves the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected misuse, abuse of policy, or fraudulent activity.
❌ Cancellation Policy – Lorivex
1. Order Cancellation Terms
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Prepaid orders: Full refund processed to original payment method
- COD orders: Cancellation permitted only prior to dispatch
3. Right to Cancel by Lorivex
Lorivex reserves the right to cancel orders under circumstances including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
